Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Skin Addiction Advanced Aesthetics and Laser Therapy We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. Because we are a "By Appointment Only" establishment, When you cancel or reschedule on short notice, we not only lose your business but the potential business of other clients that desired treatments at our spa.
Therefore, we ask for your consideration and that you kindly give us a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule your service for any reason. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all our clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, which must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of your deposit, if applicable.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may require rescheduling. This ensures we can provide the highest quality service without delaying other clients.
Deposits:
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied to the service cost but may be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to create a seamless experience for everyone.
REFUND POLICY:
All spa sales are final. Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. The exception for a refund on services yet rendered will only occur if there is a valid medical reason as to why you cannot utilize the medical spa service that you purchased. We will then allow you to use your remaining balance towards other services of equal value.
The only time we will provide a refund for packages or purchases yet rendered is if your complaint is accompanied by a practicing physician's note, explaining your medically inclined inability to utilize the service within 6 months of the purchase date of said service, at which point we will present you with a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.
